Halloween Jig Bugger

Black + Orange = Trout

Yes...  Another wooly bugger, kind of anyway.  We have been tying flies on jig hooks for both lakes and rivers, and this style of fly is one that should definitely make it to your small streamer selection.  You can mix up the colors to match all kinds of things, but there is something about a black and orange combo that really seems work well.  The body of this fly is built out of simi seal so it picks out really well and complements the hackle really well.  It's also a really cool halloween color that pairs up well with multiple shades of orange and black.

Because we have a variety of hackles that will work with this fly, we opted not to list them in the recipe.  Check HERE to see our selection of Burnt Orange hackle.
