After more than 20 years of friendship and fly tying adventures, Cheech decided it was time for the SOS to get a dry fly upgrade.
The SUS (which, yes, also stands for “suspicious”) is a hackle stacker-style dry fly that’s versatile, buoyant, and deadly effective. It can be tied in a variety of colors and sizes, making it perfect for matching hatches or fooling selective trout that are acting a little… SUS.
