Some places get cicadas yearly, but those aren’t the cicadas we’re talking about. We’re talking the big gnarlies that only come out every few years and every smallmouth, carp, and trout, looking up for protein. This design can be modified in shape or color to match the cicadas that hatch near you. They are commonly black and orange, but can be green, tan, or something else…. Anyway.
