Libby's Skwala
Cheech - March 2025
If you want to read the backstory about this series of flies, It's covers in the original Libby's Salmonfly, but to make a long story short, a good friend (Jared) challenged me to tie a super buoyant stonefly with no foam. When the dust all settled, I named it after his daughter (Libby). Anyway, this is the Skwala version of it and it's a great match for the famous hatch that happens in the West in the Springtime! It's really easy to put too much material on this one, so go easy on it!
