Hare Bomb Euro Nymph

Ahere comes a time when you have to get your flies down. Not like "down," but DOWWWWWN. Something that gets to depth as soon as it hits the water and isn't overly bulky. I recently was fishing the South Fork of the Snake in Idaho and we pulled the boat over for a little bit of Euro Nymphing in the riffles about half way through the float. I noticed that there were several deep buckets that weren't very long, so I needed a fly that would get down to depth without being overly gaudy. This Hare Bomb was just the ticket for those types of buckets that we were fishing, and many a fish was brought to hand on this bug. This version of a Hare Bomb was developed by Lubos Roza and is available through Fulling Mill.
