Rope-a-Dope Stone

This fly is a cool example of eliminating certain steps to speed up tying. Anchor flies are the most common flies that get snagged and lost, so the simpler the better. This is tied with a hare's ear rope to eliminate the need to dub your thread, and the wing case is only done with marker and resin.
