Big Lost River
Flow out of Mackay Dam is about 280 cfs and about 190 cfs downstream at Leslie. These are good for wading and terrestrial insect patterns are the best for having fishing action. Look for BWO activity to become significant soon. With good water conditions, a healthy salmonid population, and beautiful scenery, this is a great time of the season to fish the Big Lost River.
