Big Lost River
Flow out of Mackay Dam is about 170 cfs and about 90 cfs downstream at Leslie. Great wading conditions exist. Trout are concentrated in deep water but move toward riffles as the day warms and aquatic insects become active. Afternoon BWO activity is significant especially during unsettled weather. PM caddis hatch makes for later in the day action. Not many anglers are present.
