Flow is about 949 cfs above Chester Dam, and about 1350 cfs below it. Snow accumulation in the upper river drainage appears to be enough to ease the drought conditions anticipated for next season. Outlook for next year is better with this good news. Winter conditions will slow fishing for the next three months or so.
