Flow is about 949 cfs above Chester Dam, and about 1450 cfs below it. Choose a “Bluebird Day” to visit the river. Boat launch facilities are not maintained during the winter, but some walk-in areas near maintained roads and near bridges remain open but may have shoreline ice buildup.
