Henry's Fork
Flow below Ashton Reservoir is around 1050 cfs with about 2050 cfs at St. Anthony because of increased Fall River flow. Windy weather prevails on the lower river. With air temperatures reaching into the 60s, look for the best late evening BWO hatches to be on the river below Ashton Reservoir. They will be accompanied by some March browns and the ever-present midges. There are plenty wading and boating anglers in this part of the river. Rainbow trout spawning is going on, so let’s all give them a break and avoid the areas where this is taking place in the river.
