Henry's Lake

Six  to eight weeks of ice fishing remains depending on weather. At least four inches of ice is safe for handling human traffic.  Much more thickness is required for holding such as snow machines.  Fewer anglers are present on the lake.  Cutthroat trout remain mostly in shallower water and around submerged springs and will likely stay in such locations until ice is gone and the lake water begins to warm.
