Henry's Lake

The current freeze-thaw weather cycle is slowing down undeveloped roads from drying enough to become passable. Water temperatures vary from high 30s, Deg. F. to mid-40s depending on location.  The State Park access road is open but the launch site there remains open only for small boats. The county park (Bill Frome Site) is accessible, and small boats can be launched. The result is that approachable shorelines are well attended by anglers.  Winds make the lake dangerous.
