“If you don’t know, don’t go” applies to all our irrigation reservoirs where warming weather makes ice unsafe faster than those at higher elevations. Ice is leaving such as Daniels and Hawkins Reservoirs. Wind during sunny days will weaken ice on these reservoirs during this unusually warm winter.  A person fell through four inches of ice and died on Alexander Reservoir last Sunday.
