Flow is still high enough for cautious wading. Knowing where irrigation diversions are located and wearing a life jacket are smart moves while wading or fishing from a boat. Streamer and wooly bugger patterns presented using sink-tip lines and stout tippets give best chances for action early and late in the day. Flow below American Falls Dam is around 15000 cfs.
