Mainstem Snake RIver
Increased flow for irrigation has slowed fly fishing somewhat in the river above American Falls Reservoir and made boating the safest and most effective way to fish. All boat launch ramps are open. Flow below American Falls Dam is about 11300 cfs which is too much for safe wading.
