Small Streams
A few roads are opening up. The Willow Creek Road to Kepps Crossing is open, but Willow Creek is flowing there with run-off at about 450 cfs. The Blackfoot Reservoir Road is open only to the Bonneville-Bingham County line. The Long Valley and McCoy Creek Roads remain closed.
