These winds usually die down in evenings which is a good time to present streamer, wooly bugger and rubber leg patterns. Concentrate fishing activity on slower waters. Flow through the Dry Bed, which is full of whitefish and hosts a good trout population, is about 100 cfs of clear water. Stay within the high water mark to be away from private property.
