Flow out of Palisades dam has been raised to around 7800 cfs. Flow at Heise is similar and 3700 cfs at Lorenzo. Water temperatures are in the low to mid 40s Deg. F.  Water this cold makes fishing slow and deep the most effective way to success. It also slows aquatic insect development.  Look for more flow increases coming up as irrigation season is here.
