Flow out of Palisades Dam has been raised to around 12800 cfs. Flow at Heise is similar and about 6350 cfs at Lorenzo. It is springtime ramp-up phase to answer downstream irrigation demands. Water is moving too fast for safe wading at most locations. So fishing through boating is safest for now.
