Flow out of Palisades Dam is about 11000 cfs at Irwin. Palisades Reservoir is about three quarters full, so the flow out of it has dropped to a near natural level for this time of the season in order to catch expected run-off. Marginal top water fishing conditions continue from Heise upstream. Below to the Henry’s Fork confluence top water fishing improves with some BWOs and caddis hatching. Slower waters are best locations to try. Rubber leg and streamer patterns continue to produce in deeper waters.
