Southwestern Montana

Salmon flies are out in good numbers on the upper river, so boat fishing beginning at the West Fork on downstream is drawing traffic. Below, PMDs, sallys and caddis provide good top water fishing Streamers are producing on the entire river during low light conditions. The river has cleared between Quake and Hebgen Lakes.  A few callibaetis are showing on Hebgen Lake bays.
