Still Waters

Most of Henry’s Lake is ice-free. Catch and Release regulations apply to Henry’s Lake, and it looks like there will be several days when his will apply to the lake until general season begins on Memorial Day weekend. 

Roadside Hawkins Reservoir in Bannock County, is open to fishing. Currently midge pupa imitations under an indicator work best.  To get there, drive west at the Virginia Exit off I-15.

No word yet on if the road from there going west is open for access to Daniels Reservoir.  Mackay Reservoir is ice free, but not wind free.
