Still Waters
Elk Creek Arm of Palisades Reservoir remains good boat fishing as cutthroat congregate there this time of the year. Wet flies work best, and try the upper end for best chances. Good sized Kokanee are in shallower water throughout Ririe Reservoir gaining weight as spawning is only a few months away. Try bright colored streamers at about twenty feet depth. Bear Creek Road is yet to open totally.
