Still Waters

For most fly fishers, these are taking a back seat because of the action on Henry’s Lake and the Henry’s Fork. The road from Hawkins Reservoir to Daniels Reservoir is open & that to Twenty Four Mile Reservoir is muddy.  IDF&G has stocked Chesterfield Reservoir with thousands of hatchery rainbow trout. One reason why woolly bugger type patterns work so  well, is that this time of the season when dragon flies are hatching almost on all still waters.
