Stillwaters

Ice has left Island Park Reservoir.  Usually, Henry’s Lake gets free of ice about two weeks later than the Reservoir. Now there are some open areas along shorelines that are fishable.  Catch and Release regulations apply. It looks like there will be at least a few days when this will apply to the whole lake  until general season which begins on Memorial Day weekend. IDF&G rainbow trout stocking of Upper Snake River region waters is still incomplete because access to many is yet to open.
