Sculpin Slider
Cheech - November 2022

As many of you might know, I love slider type flies for trout. This is a smaller version of a slider that works great as a sculpin because it keeps a nice and wide head even when it gets wet. The other thing I love about this style of fly is that the deer hair work isn’t overly complicated and they can be tied fairly quickly. I have done well with this bug both on the strip and on the swing!
