Ice Dub is a great dubbing with awesome movement and a subtle, yet attractive, flash added. This is one of our favorite dubbings. The UV Black color is what we use in the popular Chimera Fly Pattern. We're pretty sure the secret to its success is this specific dubbing.
This dubbing is great for small midges all the way up to large streamers. It can easily be dubbed onto thread for small bodies, or it adds bulk to a streamer by tying it in "loop style." Created by John Rohmer AKA "The Godfather of Dubbing" this material has been in the works for well over a year, and has caught many fish for us already. TroutHunter CDC is the gold standard for this uniquely versatile and effective fly tying material. The CDC features large, full feathers loaded with preen oil for maximum durability and performance. A small bag has approximately 100 usable feathers. The word "Natural" in the description denotes colors that are neither dyed nor bleached.

With the lightly twisted strands this allows the thread to both lay flat and split easier than other threads on the market. Having reviewed the market offerings we also added 12/0 to the range and included fluorescent colors along with the traditional colors desired.
