The Caleufu is possibly one of the most beautiful rivers in northern Patagonia. This river’s 40-mile flow starts at the junction of the Meliquina and Filo Hua-Hum Rivers and ends at the Piedra del Aquila Reservoir.

Breakfast presents a varied buffet of fresh local flavors – juices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, toast and pastries. Additionally, every morning our kitchen cooks a morning dish, and eggs and bacon are always available and done to your preference.

Lunch is typically scheduled to be a part of the day’s outings. Normally, you’ll enjoy either an outdoor picnic or a hot meal specially cooked in the field. The clubhouse offers a lunch menu for guests that are participating in half-day activities or those that have chosen to spend a day at the lodge.

Dinner is a set three course menu. The nightly features will be presented to you each morning at breakfast. Our chef carefully selects a balanced menu throughout your stay. A Bistro Menu is also available every morning for those that prefer to select their own dinner choices.We care about dietary restrictions and we are attentive to those details.
