New from Cling Fishing, introducing the Mag Grab Rod Rack.
The Rod Rack is a two-part system designed to hold your fly rod securely during fly changes, fish releases, snack time, and any other situation where you might need to set your rod down for a minute. The base plate securely attaches to the butt of your rod with a strong rubber clasp, while the top magnet is easily attached to your waders, pack, or vest. Get them close, and click, your rod is secure.
The Rod Rack also features a line threading feature that magnetically holds your flies (even small ones!) on a groove to make threading the eye quick and easy. An eye cleaning needle is available to clear clogged hook eyes, and a hook keeper feature gives you a convenient spot to attach your flies, lures and hooks.
What's Included?
1 Rod Mount
1 docking station
2 O-rings for secure attachment

Every once in awhile it's nice to be hands free. This is especially true when fishing tandem flies. Mag Grab allows this with ease. No interference, secure and allows you to release fish quicker. It's a great ansset to untangle leader and even get that hook out of places it's not supposed to be. It's light weight and has no effect on rod or casting performance. Great tool.
Love this thing
Great help when wading
Great product, works as advertised. I have two and will probably grab a third in the near future. The curced part is a little big on a 3 wt, perfect on a 5wt and works well on a 9wt.
My only complaint is the rubber bands that hold it on. I broke all 3 that came with the first one i bought and the swcond one didnt come with rubber bands at all. I reached out to cling and they are sending me more no questions asked ao that was more of a minor inconvenience.
