I bought them to wet wade creeks in the mountains. Fit is true to size, slightly narrow in the toe box. I wear a 9.5 regularly and size 10 in wading boots due to wading socks so I got a 10 for these and they fit fine. I wore socks and neoprene socks in the boots and It felt snug but not uncomfortable. I have used them 3 times, hiked ~10 miles all together (not including wading distance) and they haven’t shown any signs of wear. The tread is great but I have slipped a couple times, I would recommend getting the studs. They dried quickly and didn’t have a mildew smell, I forgot them in the back of my car for a few days and they didn’t even smell my car up. Overall, great lightweight boot that doesn’t look/feel bulky like wading boots.
