Two Tone Perdigon

Ever wonder how a simple change in perspective can unlock a whole new level of success on the water? In this video, I share a fly I've been working on called the Two Tone Perdigón.

It’s built around the idea that many aquatic insects are dark on top and light underneath, matching that natural countershading to look as realistic as possible to fish. It uses a minimal pink hotspot for a little extra trigger, and it's tied with a material you might not typically expect for a perdigón. Plus, it’s easy to modify so you can match whatever hatch you happen to be running into.

I hope you enjoy the tie. Let me know what you think in the comments, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions about how to fish it!
