On the fence

My first order I never got I believe it was a usps issue they said it was delivered and I still haven't seen it I after talking with the usps I left a message with off customer service and I still haven't heard back it's been 2 weeks so i just re ordered everything and that package was delivered everything was awesome but i'm still out on my first order what really ticks me off is the no response from customer service.
