Missing Beads

I really like Fulling mill Beads. Unfortunately I did not receive all the beads that are on the shipping list. I ordered 2 Fulling Mill Tungsten Beads- Copper size 3.2mm I only got one and I ordered the same bead in 2.0mm 2 packages and received none. Please correct this. I did send an Email earlier and got no response.

Like the count in the package, inconsistent finishing

I like that they come in 25 packs, I have noticed on the gold and silver in particular, they aren't totally round and have some sharp edges on them that have broken my thread more than once. Would like to see them as consistent in their finish as the Hareline ones.
