They work

They work

But I had my wife make some before a national Veteran fishing outing in MI last year. I had two versions. One was pure fabric and one used ballet shoe leather patch.
Leather lined was the clear winner. Those using just cloth were happy and was a winner. Leather extends life and provides superior line control or when stripping all day long on a drift boat in a rapid current and pounding the bank. It saved my finger for sure.

Worth trying.
