It's pretty good.

It functions great as a heavy base. My vise is solid. No more wobbling. But... The cork pad is poorly fit to the recess. Also the pin for the hackle gauge is driven all the way in flush so you can't hook a feather on it. Not huge deals. It still gets 4 stars. I am happy with it.

Perfect base

Base is just what i was looking for at the price point i felt they should be. Hackle gage, two thread spool holders and its heavy enough not to move around when tying.
